The invoice is created electronically, thus ensuring legibility.

If we wish to change the recipient's mailbox at a later date, we will notify you via e-mail to eInvoicing@chg-meridian.com.

If we are entitled to deduct input tax, we confirm the following:

An internal control procedure to ensure the authenticity of the origin, the integrity of the content and the legibility of the invoice is in place so that a reliable audit trail can be established between the invoice and the underlying service.

We would like to receive our invoices in the future by electronic data exchange and/or in a format other than PDF and ask for advice. To this end, we authorise CHG-MERIDIAN to establish contact between the ser-vice provider Crossinx and our technical contact in order to clarify the technical requirements and prepare an offer.
